Why organize with SportMeet?

As a game organizer, you get rewarded by hosting games and bringing players together. It’s easy to get started—no prior experience needed! Just set up your game, invite players, and collect your money!

Ready to organize your
own games?

What we expect from you?

Arrive Early.
Set a good example by arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled game. This ensures everything is ready and you can welcome players.

Prepare the Equipment.
Bring enough gear for the game (balls, cones, jerseys, etc.) and check that everything is in good condition.

Clear Communication.
Make sure all players have the necessary information beforehand—game time, location, format, and any specific rules.

Be Fair and Inclusive.
Maintain fairness throughout the game. No referring; the final decision should be yours, but be considerate of all players' perspectives.

Ensure Rotation.
Especially for positions like goalkeeper, make sure everyone has the opportunity to rotate and experience different roles.

Create a Fun Environment.
Encourage positive energy, teamwork, and enjoyment for everyone involved, regardless of skill level.

Respect the Time.
Start and end the game on time to respect everyone’s schedule.

Handle Cancellations Professionally.
If you need to cancel, do so well in advance, and communicate the changes to players clearly.
